Finally our high technicians developed super stable hydrophilic DL3111 sucessfully 6 months ago.
It is a silicone emulsion that has specfically been formulated for textile applications, which has super
hydrophilic and handle properties.
DL3111 has been proved by our lab and textile mills which has equivalent properties with Rudolf SIQ 230
NEW but better cost effective.
While common silicones are only termically quaternised, DL3111 is an internally modified polymer, which
has a positive influence on the hydrophilic properties, emulsion stability, whiteness and handle.
Convincing softness
The polymer-internal modification of the silicon side chains has opened the way to handle properties the
could not be achieved with the permanant hydrophilic silicones used so far test for yourself.
Permanant hydrophilic character
The glycol-modified silicones used in the past has imparted good hydrophilic properties to the fabric,
however they conferred no or only moderate soft handle properties.
